Meet Dr. Kipervas
Yelena Kipervas, DO, has 20 Years in business and is a board-certified osteopathic family physician serving patients from in and around Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Through her work at the Laser and Cosmetic Center, Dr. Kipervas helps patients look and feel their very best.
Dr. Kipervas began her education at Moscow Medical Academy. After immigrating to the United States, she continued her medical training at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her postdoctoral training at the State University of New York in Buffalo.
Passionate about continuing to augment her skills and experience, Dr. Kipervas began working at Pocono Medical Center in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Since 2004, she's also served as an adjunct clinical professor of family medicine at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Kipervas is licensed to practice medicine in both Pennsylvania and New York state. Her professional memberships include the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and the American Osteopathic Association.

Sandra Muller-White: BA, BSN, MS, WCC, DWC
Sandra has been a Registered Nurse for 20 years and wound care certified for 15 years. Sandra has conducted services in different facilities on wound healing and wound care to nurses and facility staff. Sandra understands the skin on a cellular level and is passionate about skincare. She is always evolving knowledge of the latest innovation in skincare and has advanced her skills to now include Cosmetic PRP Microneedling Facials in her repertoire. Sandra continues to look for new innovations in the beauty industry.
