Welcome to the Laser and Cosmetic Center, where your health, beauty, and well-being are our top priorities. Led by Dr. Yelena Kipervas, with over 24 years of experience, our center in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, offers a wide range of advanced cosmetic services.
Dr. Kipervas began her medical journey at Moscow Medical Academy and continued her training at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine after immigrating to the United States. She completed her postdoctoral training at the State University of New York in Buffalo. Since 2004, Dr. Kipervas has also served as an adjunct clinical professor of family medicine at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her professional memberships include the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and the American Osteopathic Association.

Lesia employs a variety of makeup techniques and is actively engaged in teaching and organizing masterclasses. She has conducted training courses in Ukraine, Germany, and the USA.
As a participant in exhibitions, she has earned recognition by securing 4th place in the Wedding Makeup category at a makeup competition in 2013 in Ukraine.
Lesia is certified in the Powder Eyebrows, Lash liner enhancement, and Blushing lips techniques.
She has also completed advanced training in the watercolor lips technique in San Diego, California.
